Our wonderful luxury holiday home features spacious executive accommodation with 4 bedrooms (2 masters with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin), 3 bathrooms, large private pool and spa, and a super games room. It is fully equipped to make your stay as luxurious and relaxing as possible.

Pool & Spa The heated pool is larger than average at 30ft x 15ft with a 7ft Spa. Adjacent to the large covered lanai with ceiling fan, luxurious loungers and patio furniture, great for al fresco dining. Aspects to the south and west take full advantage of the Florida sunshine - great for those relaxing evenings. A safety screen and alarms on all doors leading to the pool area provide extra peace of mind for those with small children.

Games Room The garage has been converted into our amazing "out of this world" space themed family Games Room. The room features an 8ft Pool Table, 7ft Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, 20inch TV and a DVD player. Try out the "Black" lighting for that game with a difference! The room is, of course, air conditioned and heated.

Living Room The relaxing Living Room features luxury furnishings, 32inch TV with upgraded cable package, DVD player, and Playstation2. The largest sofa converts into an additional double bed. The open plan accommodation adjoins the Dining Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Nook. Large French doors open onto the covered Lanai and pool area. There is also a Ceiling Fan for your added comfort.

Kitchen Fully equipped high quality fitted kitchen includes range cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The Utility Room includes large capacity washing machine and a tumble dryer. Next to the kitchen and overlooking the pool is the Breakfast Dining Nook with a large circular slate-top table.

Dining Room The separate formal Dining area features a large slate-top dining table that will comfortably seat your whole party.

Two Master Bedrooms Both spacious Master Bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Master Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, whilst Master Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. Both masters have walk-in wardrobes, cable TV, ceiling fans and patio doors to the pool area.

Two Twin Bedrooms Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have twin beds, walk-in wardrobes, cable TV and ceiling fans.

Three Bathrooms Master Bedroom1 has a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, walk-in shower, Roman tub, and separate WC. Master Bedroom 2 also has a slightly smaller en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, walk-in shower and separate WC. The third bathroom has a bath with shower and a WC. This bathroom has access to the pool deck.
